After a short yet menacing intro comes a pure onslaught of disgusting and vile death metal. With roots firmly planted in old-school death metal, Gravered offer up a raw and relentless EP by the name of Non. With five tracks in total to its name, this EP is a ripping and ever flesh carving affair as it doles out track after track of punishing and ceaseless death. Never to relent and never to look back at the number of bodies that they have strewn around the disease ridden crypts, Gravered desecrate and eviscerate as they stagger from track to track with malicious and murderous intent.
Each offering is riddled with grisly vocals that are backed by ever sinister, ripping riffs and complete skull shattering drumming and spine rattling bass lines. Through and through, Non provides you with vile and disgusting death and nothing but. Gravered offer up a bleeding raw sound that is hard to shake as it sticks to your ribs never to leave even after you are done listening. This disease ridden offering is foul and riddled with the stench of the long since deceased.
Through five tracks, Gravered offer up a great effort as each track is packed with pure death and demise. Uncompromising and unrelenting in their bloodied approach, these heathens stomp forth with blood lust and malevolence that pours through your speakers through each passing minute. Never does a track slow and never does one really provide you with enough time to dig yourself out of your early grave as you continue to get ripped to shreds from beginning to end.
Nonis a pretty straight forward old-school death inspired EP that provides you with five great flesh tearing tracks that keep you coming back for more blasphemy. This is just a solid EP through and through, one that is uncompromising, bulldozing, menacing and down right vile, and that is exactly what we ask for.
